By downloading, accessing, or using Wordly, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please stop using Wordly.
2. Wordly Pro
Wordly Pro is an in-app subscription that unlocks premium features marked as Pro in the app.
Available features, prices, trial eligibility, and subscription periods are shown in the app and recorded by the App Store.
3. Subscription Periods and Auto-Renewal
Wordly Pro offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
All payments are processed by the App Store. Wordly does not collect or store your full payment details.
Subscription cancellation, refund requests, and billing issues are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
5. Restore Purchases
If you change devices, reinstall the app, or your purchase does not activate, use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, import, and review in Wordly, and you must not store unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
7. Service Changes
Wordly may update features, pricing, subscription presentation, or these terms for product, technical, or compliance reasons.
Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect when published.
